That, is a good question. They have a sticker “Glastic Realistic Eyes” Made in Japan. The box and sticker are identical to my Schwarzaugen ones. I’ll ask the person I got them from.
It would seem so. Glastic Realistic is sold by just about any doll company you can think of. No main company found though, seems like they just provide the product to other retailers.
