    Fluffy and Fast Biscuits

    This is a great all purpose biscuit recipe – great with soups and stews, as a base for sausage gravy, with cinnamon and sugar or honey as a sweet side/dessert. Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon white sugar 1/3 cup shortening 1 cup milk Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
